Just because I'm engaged now doesn't mean I've got nurseries on my mind! But when I first saw this amazing one by New Orleans designer Elizabeth Sullivan, I have to admit my ovaries did hurt a little! Dream bath alert! Little Rock designer Garry Mertins created this soothing spa-like retreat that was featured in At Home in Atlanta and photographed by Nancy Nolan. I love that a custom wall color was created to match the existing tile. (I always get so sad when people want to get rid of turquoise tile!) And then to know it was designed by ten year-old Leila, the daughter of Velvet & Linen blogger Brooke Giannetti makes me even happier! Southern Highlands Reader’s Home

Oh to call this home! The serene space actually belongs to my reader Ali, who lives in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales (about 2 hours south of Sydney). Cute Colorful Cottage

How cute is this cottage in Greensboro, North Carolina that was featured in Canadian Home and Country?! The 1939 Cape belongs to photographer Stacey Haines (a fellow turquoise lover) and her husband Steve, who renovated the space for less than $2,300. So many of the lovely items you see come from flea markets, yard sales and thrift stores, and they did all the work themselves.
