Talk about turquoise!! A stunning blend of decorative elements found in South America and Mexico were used by Jean Stoffer Design to create this vintage Mexican kitchen. The turquoise ceramic backsplash tiles are absolutely to-die-for, as is the 10-foot turquoise island. The hardware and kitchen sink too....absolutely gorgeous. Love!! Have a fun Halloween weekend everyone! :) ... View Post

Heavenly Kitchen
Although this kitchen found by Megan of A Life's Design is a whole lotta white, the pops of blue make it especially heavenly. I don't know how easy it would be to keep clean, but I really like how there is a pantry off to the side to keep everything. Guess you need somewhere to hide it all when you have open shelving! Hop over to Traditional Home to read all about this pretty kitchen designed by Molly Frey. And have a fantastic weekend everyone! :) ... View Post

Chu Cottage – Tybee Island, GA
I'm so excited to be back on the blog and sharing these photos with you all today! Over spring break, my family and I flew to Savannah and stayed in Chu Cottage, an absolutely delightful beach house on Tybee Island designed by none other than Jane Coslick. If you follow my blog, you already know any home designed by Jane is truly my "happy place" and this one is no exception! Unlike many of her other projects I've visited, this one is a relatively new home. I just love how Jane infused her ... View Post
Acorn Falls Cottage – Highlands, NC
It's not too often I get the opportunity to share a mountain home infused with turquoise! Acorn Falls Cottage is a newly-renovated 1900's historic vacation rental cottage nestled in the woods, yet close to downtown Highlands, North Carolina. It was designed by Missy Woolf (the talent behind The Salty Mermaid Cottage, one of my favorite homes on Tybee Island!) I love that she kept much of the original charm of the cottage while giving it a fresh, updated look with rustic luxe furnishings, ... View Post
Tracey Rapisardi Design + Giveaway!
When I first started blogging back in 2007, one of the very first designers I fell in love with was Tracey Rapisardi. If you're a fan of coastal cottage style, I guarantee you've drooled over her work many times over! (Turquoise-lovers will undoubtedly remember this fabulous pool house!) I adore her signature easy, breezy style: plenty of clean white accented with beachy pastels, layers of fresh, fun pattern, not to mention a skillful mix of old and new. I was super excited to learn that ... View Post
Fairview Row
Never in a million years did I plan to take so much time off from my blog! It's crazy how a tiny new baby can turn your world upside down. If you follow me on Instagram, you know sweet Rosalie entered our lives on November 21st. I'm telling you it has been a roller coaster ever since! Having a baby in the winter has been the worst (especially in Minnesota...especially with the winter we've had this year!) and I am so looking forward to spring. After seeing this gorgeous Raleigh, North Carolina ... View Post
