I always love a home tour from interior designer Lindy Allen and Four Chairs Furniture! She knows how to mix and match furniture, patterns, and colors in a way that is always so fun, fresh and beautiful! Every single room in this Utah home photographed by Jessie Alexis is undeniably gorgeous, but I think my favorite space is the master suite. More than just a place to rest your head, there's a fireplace, cozy reading area, place to work, watch TV, then you have the sliding door into a fabulous ... View Post
Primitive and Proper
You guys I am in love with this coastal-inspired kitchen belonging to Cassie of the inspiring blog Primitive & Proper! No stranger to DIY, she tackled many of the projects involved with the renovation...including installing the gorgeous recycled glass mosaic backsplash! (Read all about it here!) I adore the color of the tile and how it perfectly ties the room together! I also love all of the open shelving and the fantastic island that she helped design. Her collection of vintage aqua ... Avenue B Development
Browsing through the portfolio of Avenue B Development is nothing short of inspiring! Their before-and-afters are truly remarkable, including this 1927 craftsman in Austin, Texas photographed by Casey Fry! I love how they kept all of the character of the old home but renovated it with modern amenities you'd find in a newly built one. Those sliding doors going into the bedroom are amazing! Love the paint color in the bedroom and bathroom too (Benjamin Moore Tranquility) and the vintage stove! ... View Post
Marker Girl Home
Family-friendly does not get more gorgeous than this! Interior designer Karen Davis of Marker Girl Home designed this beautiful home located in a suburb of Houston, Texas, captured by photographer Richard Davis. I love how she incorporated a seaside vibe with the colors and accessories for a busy, beach-loving mother of two. And as a mom myself now, I so appreciate that serene spa-like bathroom more than ever! (It's painted Sherwin-Williams 7057 Silver Strand.) What a dream space! The family ... View Post
The Cross Design
One of my ultimate dreams is to have a turquoise refrigerator! Vancouver's The Cross Design used a gorgeous vintage-inspired Northstar from Elmira Stove Works in this kitchen photographed by Janis Nicolay and it's totally drool-inducing! Looks so great with that grey subway tile! And I love the fun polka dot wallpaper in the cabinets! Next to turquoise, pink is my favorite color....you'll see exactly why I'm loving the rest of the home when you finish your tour here! And why this other project ... View Post
