My Deck Makeover Reveal!

Summers go by so quickly here in Minnesota, it's really a shame to have such a great outdoor area and not put it to good use! Oh the homes in WaterColor...they never disappoint! Beautifully built by Borges Brooks Builders, this inviting coastal retreat in the dreamy Florida community is full of character and warmth. I was browsing the June issue of HGTV magazine when I came across this lovely home belonging to Katie and Jeff Bullard of Avenue B Development of Austin, Texas. It seemed a little bit familiar...turns out I featured it last year! I hardly recognized it all dolled up by stylist Kate Jordan with beautiful photography by Kim Cornelison! I can't believe it's been a year since we were in Washington! One of my favorite things about our vacation was spending time by the Puget Sound...it was so beautiful!
