It's really no wonder that Rachel Reider is one of my favorite designers ever! I am absolutely in love with one of her latest projects–this waterfront condo in downtown Boston filled to the brim with breezy blues, organic patterns and textural finishes! In addition to opening up the floor plan, the designer transformed the home by giving it a city meets seaside vibe. The lacquered kitchen cabinets might be my favorite detail; a fun, bold choice that's perfect for the small space! You can see ... View Post
Ennis Nehez
One of the many things I love about Nantucket is the way the picturesque island respects its past. Kelly Ennis and Val Nehez of the Philadelphia-based architecture and interior design firm Ennis Nehez worked meticulously to preserve the history of this tiny cottage, captured by photographer Sam Oberter. The rustic space is loaded with all the charm and details from yesteryear! How amazing is that O'Keefe & Merritt stove?! Really though I'm in awe of the way the designers disguised modern ... Sea La Vie – Cinnamon Shore – Port Aransas, Texas
I've been dying to visit Cinnamon Shore, a new planned community (think Seaside, Florida) located on Mustang Island, just off the coast of Corpus Christi in Texas. From the looks of it, it's nothing but beautiful groomed beaches, palm-lined streets, a bustling Town Center, not to mention dreamy homes everywhere you look–including Sea La Vie! This three-story beach-front home is a total dream, especially if you have a thing for sand and sea color palettes like I do! The open-concept floor plan, ... View Post
Olive Interiors
Have you ever seen such a fabulous amenity clubhouse?! Interior designer Leigh Olive Mowry of Olive Interiors created the fun, tropical-inspired space for some lucky residents of a luxury residential development in the Atlanta area. Whether it's to work, play, snack or simply relax, this stunning space (photographed here by Nathan Leduc) has to be the center attraction of the community! What I love most (other than all the turquoise!) is the incredible artwork all created by Atlanta artists, ... View Post
La Albaida Diseño Interior
Anyone else super excited it's Friday?! What I'd give to spend my weekend staying at this dreamy home in southern Spain designed by Malaga and Marbella-based La Albaida Diseño Interior! Unless it was to take a dip in the pool, I don't think you could tear me away from unwinding in that cozy veranda! Love how the big sliding door opens up to the family room and creates one giant living space. Imagine the warm breeze! *sigh* See more of this beautiful home right over here! Happy weekend! ... Jenny Wolf Interiors
If there's one word that describes this Long Beach Island, New Jersey beach home by Jenny Wolf Interiors, it's fun! You'll believe me when you see the entire spread over at Lonny; it is chock-full of whimsy, pattern, and fabulous color! That top image completely stole my heart when I first saw it. I just love every little bit of that main living space, especially the vibrant hues, natural texture and seaside touches! Clad in Quadrille’s China Seas Java Java wallpaper and Peter Dunham's Fig Leaf ... View Post
Stofft Cooney Architects
I could spend all day taking in this incredible Florida home by Stofft Cooney Architects (photographed by Lori Hamilton), it's bursting with stunning architectural details! BCB Homes, a Naples-based custom home builder, brought the dream to reality along with AlliKristé, who designed the kitchen and fabulous custom cabinets throughout. I'm not sure what I love more, the bar or the banquette, both make such a unique statement! The serene color palette and breezy furnishings are perfect for the ... View Post
Tawna Allred Interiors
I get a lot of inspiration from the work of Tawna Allred, the Wyoming-based interior designer known for her modern-farmhouse meets rustic-romance style! She recently designed this bathroom (photographed by Rebecca White) as a whimsical space for her kids, yet kept it stylish so adults could enjoy it too! My favorite feature is the vanity–the two bottom drawers also step stools! The springs hold up to 90 lbs., and when her youngest becomes too big, the lids come off and they return to normal ...
