I was browsing the June issue of HGTV magazine when I came across this lovely home belonging to Katie and Jeff Bullard of Avenue B Development of Austin, Texas. It seemed a little bit familiar…turns out I featured it last year! I hardly recognized it all dolled up by stylist Kate Jordan with beautiful photography by Kim Cornelison! The home was built in 1927, but after a gut reno by the talented contractor+designer duo, it feels fresh and current. I love that they painstakingly preserved the charm of the older home. The hallway wall might be my favorite element! Katie nailed leftover pine flooring on the wall to get the look. The serene bedroom is pretty amazing too…love the wall color (Benjamin Moore Tranquility) and Anthro quilt! You can read all about the home and finish your tour here!

Too much time can be spent on system development, as the iterative process of demonstrating a prototype and revising it can continue indefinitely without proper process control. Users may be tempted to add to the list of items for prototyping until the project reaches a scale that significantly exceeds the scope determined by the feasibility study of the design solution, read more at https://www.mindk.com/industries/fintech/
