If you're like me, I know you all just fell head over heals in love with this drop dead gorgeous kitchen and bath designed by Tobi Fairley, of course! Who else knows how to perfectly execute our beloved blues in such a sophisticated, elegant way?! The two-tone faux-finished kitchen cabinetry is breathtaking! And I absolutely LOVE the dining area with the built-in banquette and its fab Schumacher print. The bathroom is just as lovely with the same calm palette and airy feel as the kitchen. I love ... Porter Design Company
Remember that fantastic orange and turquoise showhouse bedroom last week designed by Porter Design Company? Designer Lauren Guarcello serves us another tasty treat with this home, filled with a fresh approach and fabulous fabrics! I'm loving the burst of turquoise on the chair upholstered in Quadrille's Nitik II from China Seas. Looks so great next to that navy sofa trimmed in green! For more design inspiration, check out Porter Design Company's blog...lots of eye candy there too! Love ... View Post
Just Beachy Bunkie
If there's one person who accomplished a heck of a lot this summer (August, where did you go?!), it's Chris of Just Beachy. All summer long she has been working hard building this adorable backyard bunkie. It's been so fun watching the progress unfold on her blog, and I have to say the end results are even more darling than I imagined! I can't even handle those floors...they are so stinkin' perfect. She used cottage pine wood flooring from Home Depot and painted them using high gloss latex floor ... View Post

Hazardous Design
I feel like we never see enough of Schumacher's Chiang Mai Dragon in China Blue. Here is it, downright breathtaking in this gorgeous powder room belonging to Carrie and Chris of the blog Hazardous Design. They are in the process of renovating their 1886 New England home on Hazard Ave one room at a time. Since they moved in one year ago, they have tackled some big projects and have been detailing them all on their blog. It's super inspiring! You have to see this post for the before pics on this ... Phillips deVeer Interiors
I was super excited last week to discover Phillips deVeer Interiors, the newly formed interior design studio founded by Elena K. Phillips and Cristin G. deVeer located in Rowayton, CT. I just love how their predominantly classic style balances traditional aesthetics with modern twists. The grasscloth (Phillips Jeffries #3441) in the dining room in the last photo....LOVE. And how gorgeous is the bathroom with the Quadrille wallpaper? What's cool is how they mix high and low though...the zigzag ... View Post
