Andrew Howard Interior Design

As I was flipping through the recent issue of Coastal Living, I was excited to see that Andrew Howard, one of my favorite designers ever, was named one (of only five!) design trendsetters for 2017! This recent project of his wasn’t featured in the magazine, though it certainly could be! It’s actually the model home at The Ranch at Twenty Mile Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida, designed by architect Samuel Clausen and built by Dostie Homes. Photographed by Christopher Shane and styled by Elizabeth Demos, the breezy home definitely has Andrew Howard’s signature fresh mix of color, texture and pattern…it feels fun and relaxed, yet elegant too. So many details to love in every space, but the blue backsplash, use of wallpaper and gorgeous textiles are just a few of my favorites! I’m loving the symmetry in the living room too.
