Located just two blocks away from the beach in Boca Raton, this early 1950’s Colonial goes to show you really can’t go wrong with blue and white! Mother and daughter interior designers Barb and Erin of Blue Sky Environments Interior Decor used shades of blue and turquoise to add drama to crisp whites and beiges in the beautiful Florida home, captured here by photographer Nicole Pereira. I love how layers of texture and textured finishes bring depth to the neutral palette and become the common thread pulling together the homeowners’ collection of antiques, treasures and heirlooms.
The renovation included opening up the main living areas, giving the homeowners that casual relaxed coastal lifestyle they were looking for.
Talk about a dream kitchen!
This sunny spot would be the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.
What a dreamy master suite! Totally saving this bathroom to my inspiration file.
Such a cute spot for the grandchildren. Loving the built-ins!
