There's a ton to love in this Louisville, Kentucky home designed by Karista Hannah of Set the Stage Interior Design and Lauren Harp of Lady of the House Interior Design! The dreamy dining room, shimmery master bedroom, and spa-like bathroom are all loaded with inspiration! Even the fun family room is picture-perfect with its turquoise sliding doors! I'm loving the laundry room and mudroom too with their unexpected splashes of color! It's no wonder the home by The Buttorff Company won first place ... View Post
Jane Coslick’s Cottage on the Green – Tybee Island
Leave it to only Jane Coslick to transform a building that started out as quarters used for soldiers during the Spanish-American War into this!! The absolute gem of a cottage is now a vacation rental duplex on my beloved Tybee Island, Georgia! Every single room is enough to put a smile on your face...I can only imagine how happy I'd be staying there! My two favorite spaces are the bedroom with the matching turquoise Jenny Lind beds, and the breezy sleeping porch with the fab pink bed...I can't ... View Post

Belafonte Houseboat – Newport Harbor, Rhode Island
Now this is a first....a houseboat!! Apartment Therapy recently featured Belafonte, an awesome 34' dreamboat located in Newport Harbor, Rhode Island belonging to artists and gallery owners Kristen Coates and Chris Wyllie. Along with her father–a master carpenter and builder, and with the help of family and friends, the couple entirely restored the boat to be what you see now. What a labor of love! (And it's even available for rent!) Check out lots more great photos by Jacqueline Marque and read ... View Post
Karen Garlanger Designs
As much time as I spend drooling over white kitchens on Pinterest, I also love kitchens filled with color–especially with white cabinets! Karen Garlanger Designs out of Benton Harbor, Michigan gave this once-dated kitchen photographed by Victor Coar a bright and beachy facelift. I am loving all the colors in the glass tile backsplash...looks great with Benjamin Moore's Bridal Bouquet on the walls! Love the island, bench and striped rug too! See more pics (including before-n-afters) here, and ... View Post
Celebrating Everyday Life with Jennifer Carroll
Oh to sleep inside a Tiffany box! Jennifer Carroll of Celebrating Everyday Life gets to experience that every night in her beautiful bedroom pictured above. My favorite feature of the room is the stunning bed canopy that Jennifer made with the help of her mother (they also made the matching bedskirt and drapes.) SO pretty! The rest of the space is filled with meaningful touches, affordable finds, and a glam silver leaf dresser that Jennifer made over herself. The piece actually used to belong to ... View Post
RS Custom Homes
My southern-loving heart cannot get enough of this one!! RS Custom Homes recently renovated this fantastic 1800 Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina beach cottage photographed here by Patrick Brickman. I love how they blurred the line between indoor and outdoor living...the porches are all to die for! L.O.V.E. the ceilings (obviously!), all of the light fixtures and the party-ready bar area next to the pool! Such great furnishings and accessories too, most of which came from Vintage Coast–an ... Be still my heart! I'm so loving every one of these rooms designed by Kerry Hanson, an interior designer out of New Canaan, Connecticut. After seeing these great photos taken by Jane Beiles, it was no surprise to learn the talented designer is best known for bringing personality to a space by mixing bold colors and patterns. I'm especially loving the chic, vibrant spaces for little ones here! Such fabulous fabrics–Quadrille in the purple/turquoise room, Schumacher in the pink/turquoise room, I'm ... View Post
