RS Custom Homes

August 9, 2013

My southern-loving heart cannot get enough of this one!! RS Custom Homes recently renovated this fantastic 1800 Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina beach cottage photographed here by Patrick Brickman. I love how they blurred the line between indoor and outdoor living…the porches are all to die for! L.O.V.E. the ceilings (obviously!), all of the light fixtures and the party-ready bar area next to the pool! Such great furnishings and accessories too, most of which came from Vintage Coast–an eclectic furniture boutique in Mount Pleasant, SC. Tour more renovations and new homes by RS Custom Homes here, and check out this other fun project of theirs I featured last year here!

Baby Countdown is officially on! Only 18 days until my due date…I can’t believe it! Happy weekend everybody!! 🙂

That porch bar is absolutely perfect…I need one!! And the industrial stools paired with the oyster shucking table are great. And as usual, the turquoise is spot on! 🙂

It would be better if we can see some samples of your exterior wood shutters. I have been looking for one to suit the color of my house, maybe I could find the one suited for it with you.
