I’m always ready for a virtual getaway to Tybee Island! How fun is Mellow Yellow, an adorable beach rental on the quirky little island just outside Savannah?! The bright and cheery color scheme paired with tons of laid-back charm make this the perfect little island retreat! With all of the uplifting colors throughout the cottage, I’m glad they chose to fill the master bedroom with a calming beachy palette. (Loving those tri-colored drapes!) The outdoor areas are great too…so nice to have a screened-in porch, big deck and even an outdoor shower! And the turquoise shutters and front door make the cottage absolutely picture-perfect! This place is so charming. would love to visit Savannah one day. Actually I would love to teach at the Savannah college of Art & Design! I adore the painting in the twin bedroom as well very fun. Looks like a great place to stay for a little getaway that’s pet friendly.

I have visited your blog many times for inspiration. I love all of your gorgeous home pics and have scoured them often for ideas when decorating Mellow Yellow. I love that you picked up on the fact that we tried to keep the cottage bright and quirky for the most part and then used more soft and soothing colors for the master bedroom.
