Teal and Pink Nursery

March 15, 2016

Not only is this nursery oh-so-sweet, it was also done on a budget! Katie Wilson wanted a bright and girly space for her daughter Hayden, and used the beautiful curtain fabric she found at JoAnn’s for her jumping off point! (With enough left for the crib skirt and bumper!) Love how the pretty wall color, Vintage Teal by Behr, pulls the teal out of the floral print! After splurging on the fabric, she refinished existing furniture, shopped thrift stores, and created her own art to fill the space. The pink crib is my favorite! It was actually Katie’s when she was a baby…spruced up with some pink spray paint and a non-toxic water-based gloss finish. Again, love it with that fabric! Read all about the inspiring space here!
