In case you missed it, yesterday we started touring this incredible home designed by Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture! It was built by Cadence Homes, a company bringing colorful and stylish homes back to Utah! I’m still loving the fun mix of colors going on, architectural details and fabulous furnishings! The bedrooms are great (the nursery couldn’t be cuter!), but I am loving the basement too! Home theater and yoga studio?! Too cool! There are still more photos by Jessica Bybee of JR Photography to see, so head here for those! And if you see something you like, chances are it came from Four Chairs Furniture, so check them out or contact Lindy for source info! If you didn’t already see yesterday’s post, head here to see the rest of the home!

What a beautiful home. Those peacocks and the hydrangea lined lane are stunning. I think it's always best to follow your heart and not trends! Take care.

Gorgeous home.
Who are the prints in the nursery by? I see them everywhere as inspiration, but don't know if I have seen where to purchase them.
They are by Katie Daisy…I adore her artwork!

Beautiful home, but to me, there is TOO much garage spoiling the curb appeal. Any ideas on how to disguise it?
Does the back splash tile have stainless steel tiles along with glass? Where was it purchased? It's exactly what I've been looking for
That tufted bench in the living room! I LOVE the colored buttons. Where is that from? I must have it…
#seasaltlover. My fav paint color!
I love that runner in the nursery. Do you know the manufacturer?
Beautiful home! Thank you for showing us! I am obsessed with that dreamcatcher picture but it seems that it's not Katie Daisy (Im also a fan). Any idea where is from?
OMG…Love all the simplicity, but would like to snuggle everywhere, all those pillows. Awesome.
As far as the garage doors,(1) you could put a large potted tree in between the two garage doors, or (2) you could add an awning over the larger double door about 24" out and grow a climbing vine.
Very beautiful house but i thought this post was sponsored by a pillow shop. They are all so colorful and great together but just too many.
Gorgeous home, I especially love the chairs with the pink pattern on the back, tan fabric on the front.
I do think it's odd that there is carpet in most of the kitchen and eating space. Is that common for the area of just a quirk of the home?
Rachael – That space isn't the real kitchen in the home, this is just the basement–more of a wet bar. I doubt they eat many meals there, maybe use the table more for games or snacks! If you see the post before this one, that shows the kitchen in the home…it's gorgeous!
Where are the beautiful pillows from?
Before I got to the end of this post I just knew it was in Utah. Totally guessed right! Even though I'm in Texas I read enough decorating blogs to recognize the "Utah Style".
The flower details on first pictures are quite overwhelming. However, I love every details on the following pictures especially the bathroom and the hall room. Overall, interesting.

That blue and white tribal duvet cover in the first photo.. where do I find it? SO cute 🙂
I love the dream catcher "never stop" print. Can you tell me where you found it?
WHERE COULD I FIND THE BLUE AND WHITE TRIBAL DUVET COVER?
What size headboard did you use for the twin daybed? And how did you attach it to the bed? I've been wanting to do this in my daughter's room.
Wonderful design! What is the carpet in the nersury that goes so well with the Repose Gray?
I would love more info on the headboard too!
Where do you find the rug in the nursery??
