Today we are finishing up the tour we started yesterday of this gorgeous American Fork, Utah home designed by Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture & Design! The home was built by Millhaven Homes and was part of the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes, so some of you may have toured it in person. Yesterday we saw the open and airy main floor, today we’re taking at look at the upper floor and basement–all captured so beautifully by Jessie Alexis Photography!
The attention to detail in this home is like no other! The custom tile, wood, cabinetry and finish carpentry in these spaces is jaw-dropping! (Big props to Columbia Millworks! The walls are seriously amazing!) I love how each bedroom has its own personality…and you’d be correct in assuming the turquoise room is my favorite! That wallpaper! Love the colorful accent wall in the other girl’s room as well. I thought maybe it was wallpaper or paint, but Four Chairs Design actually used vinyl! So cool. The basement is all kinds of fun too. I’ve never seen an indoor trampoline and foam pit! I know where my little guy would be ALL the time!
The home was designed and furnished by Four Chairs Furniture & Design, so if you see something you love, visit their online store for more info! (If you don’t see it listed, definitely contact them.) To see the rest of the home including the kitchen and living room, go here!

Is there a cottage out there that you haven't unveiled to us?

Love, love, love these fun bedrooms! I was trying to find out the info for the floral fabric in the first bedroom, but it looks like I can't access the 4-chair website(s) for some reason. Do you happen to have that info?

Wendy – aren't they fun?! That beautiful floral is from Caitlin Wilson Textiles!

I am so curious how you get to tour all these homes! I've wondered for my own blog here in VA. Aside from stopping by a beautiful home and knocking on their door, which I would never do, I really don't know how you go about it. Do you mind talking about the process of finding and featuring these homes on your blog. Thanks Erin!

I could tell right away it was a Four Chairs designed house. Love that they love their Thibaut wallpaper.
