Aqua, Yellow and Green…Oh My!

April 29, 2009

I love the colors used in these rooms, captured by photographer James Salomon. I'm still really loving the aqua and yellow combination and find myself wearing them together a lot now. Don't you LOVE the bedding in the first image? And the curtains and pillows in the last? View more of Jamie's work at his online portfolio here! ... View Post

As much as I love modern, vibrant homes, I cannot help but adore cottage chic homes full of pretty pastels. Designer, stylist and retail store owner Tracey Rapisardi is surely an inspiration when it comes to beach style and cottage living. Check out this post I put together last October for even more beautiful rooms designed by Tracey. Images via Coastal Living. ... View Post

Little P’s Robin’s Nest

March 31, 2009

When Black. White. Yellow. featured this amazing nursery from Ohdeedoh, I knew I'd have to share it with you guys (and that I'd also be bookmarking it for future reference). I was excited to discover that the nursery was created by an adorable mom-to-be named Megan who has 2 blogs, Megan Creates and Me and Wee, in addition to an Etsy store. Busy bee! I just love the cheery color combo she used here for her baby-on-the-way Little P. The wall color is Benjamin Moore #618 Robin's Nest, and it looks ... View Post

Dream Office

January 22, 2009

Jennifer of The Magic Brush discovered this drool-worthy office belonging to BrooklynLimestone. Other than my obvious love for Benjamin Moore "Waterfall" on the walls, I ADORE the hand painted birds and branches on the window. The Kartell Louis Ghost Chair, desk and zebra rug are just divine as well. And what a genius idea to frame a peg board. I think I discovered my dream office! ... View Post

Recently opened in December, this coffeehouse not only serves up tasty drinks and treats, but the shop also features unique vintage, retro, and antique items for sale throughout the store. How fun! Check out their etsy shop filled with all sorts of their funky finds. ... View Post

Tybee Shutters

September 18, 2008

I think if I were to have a porch on my home, I would have it look EXACTLY like this one by interior designer and preservationist Jane Coslick! I adore the pretty turquoise paint combined with the red and white accents. For more images of the colorful interior, go here! ... View Post
