Straight out of the Hamptons! Or in this case, Brisbane!! Designed by Australian-duo Hayley Hayes and Tracey Leeson of Porchlight Interiors, this beautiful beachy home is full of coastal touches, pops of color, and great pattern...all on a clean white background. Scott Sanders + Blogfest 2012

One of the many highlights of my recent trip to NYC and Blogfest was visiting the Kips Bay Show House. My favorite space was this fabulous cabana, designed by New York City and Hamptons-based interior designer Scott Sanders (photographed here by Rikki Snyder and Nick Johnson). Coastal homes always get me in the mood for the weekend! This 1920's bungalow home in the heart of downtown Carmel, California was designed by Regan Baker, an Austin, Texas interior designer. Sweet southern charm! Structures Building Company, a custom home builder out of Charleston, South Carolina, has an online portfolio entirely worth drooling over. I mean, did you see that first image?
