If I could package up this entire room and transplant into my bedroom, I would in a heartbeat! The coastal-inspired master retreat was designed by Karla Amadatsu of Kerrisdale Design out of Surrey, British Columbia, and beautifully photographed by Tracey Ayton. The delightful floral fabric on the pillows ("Jellybean" from Kravet) looks fabulous next to the charcoal striped headboard! Love those bedside tables and how they're styled, and the adorable bird prints on the walls! All SO cute! Visit ... View Post
Polhemus Savery DaSilva
This home rendered me downright speechless! Designed by the Polhemus Savery DaSilva (dream-makers if you ask me!) and photographed by Brian Vanden Brink, the home is coastal perfection inside and out. From the incredible gardens, fabulous pool, and picture-perfect shutters outside (painted Benjamin Moore Hazy Blue), to the light-filled rooms, nautical touches (love those cute pendants over the island!) and super-cute furniture inside. The backsplash is totally drool-worthy too. And those ... View Post
Suzanne at Lake and Garden
What a cool kitchen! When Suzanne of Lake and Garden: Texas Living and her husband started designing their new lake home in Corsicana, Texas, they wanted it to reflect the regional architecture and to have a feeling of age or permanence. Doesn't it look amazing?! The lovely blue color (Seascape from the Valspar collection at Lowe's) was inspired by beautiful dry climate plants they saw at the New York Botanical Gardens (check out her pics!). The perfect color for a hot climate! I love the rustic ... View Post
Kirsten Krason
Model homes aren't usually known for having tons of style, but Utah interior designer Kirsten Krason showed how it's entirely possible when she designed this fantastic space! She wanted the home to have a breezy and fresh vibe, so before anything else she chose Benjamin Moore's Palladian Blue for the walls. Love it! Not only is the space super cute, it's also totally budget-friendly! Check out her blog posts about the living room and the dining room/kitchen for all of the sources. And see the ... View Post
HGTV Dream Home 2013
They don't call it their Dream Home for nothing! You're looking at the twin suite bedroom in the 2013 HGTV Dream Home on Kiawah Island, South Carolina designed by Linda Woodrum. I believe it's geared towards children, but I think it's a perfectly fun getaway for adults! The space is so fresh and tropical, with so much fabulous turquoise I can hardly stand it! The paint color du jour in both the bedroom and bathroom is Sherwin-Williams "Watery" - SW 6478. I absolutely LOVE those twin beds from ... View Post
Sarah 101
Sarah Richardson and Tommy Smythe hit it out of the park once again on Sarah 101! The elegant design was inspired by the vintage French-inspired metal console you see above. I've never seen anything like it! How gorgeous is that custom-made sofa too?? Love the huge antique gilded mirror behind it, it really opens up the space! Oh how I adore the serene color on the walls ("Eyelet" from Sarah's collection with PARA Paints). View more photos and a shopping guide, as well as a great recap of the ... View Post

The "big girl room" is downright adorable...love the pink stripes, beaded chandelier, and fabulous fabric on the windows. Fabulous fabric on the stage too! (Couldn't we all use a stage?!) The dress-up station, comfy lounge furniture and ... View Post
EDYTA & CO.
It doesn't get more glam than teal and gold! Edyta Czajkowska of the Chicago-based interior design studio EDYTA & CO. created this fabulous space for a client who was downsizing into a Chicago highrise rental apartment from another state. She had a great collection of artwork and lots of neutral pieces, but wanted a home with some impact. I love the bold wall color Edyta chose for the walls (Sherwin Williams SW0018 Teal Stencil)...talk about impact–especially with those gorgeous window ... View Post
