I absolutely love how Two Hands Interiors out of Glen Ellyn, Illinois subtly incorporated the family’s history of life on the waters of Lake Michigan in this newly remodeled home! Through their color, fabric and art choices, you definitely get that coastal vibe with fond memories sprinkled throughout! Not only did the homeowners want the home to be youthful yet classic, they also needed it to be livable and durable–perfect for hosting their growing family of grandchildren. No doubt my favorite space is the kitchen, which was a joint project with The Kitchen Studio of Glen Ellyn. I’m such a sucker for white cabinets and a dreamy backsplash, and I love them here paired with the colorful window treatment and and gray island. Such a pretty master bedroom too! See more of the home here, as well as more inspiring projects by Two Hands Interiors here!

What is the name of the company and the name of the floral material used on the wingback chair.

I’m Erin and I am obsessed with the color turquoise. I started this blog to collect inspirational photos I find of fabulous rooms that feature all of the lovely shades of my favorite color. For even more turquoise, visit my shopping blog Everything Turquoise!
