What do you get when you combine incredible New England-inspired architecture with the sugar-white sand and turquoise water of 30A?? WaterSound! We drove past the private beach community when we were in Florida last month and it looked amazing. There were all sorts of dreamy homes, just like this one designed by architect Paul Geary of T.S. Adams Design Studio, with interior design by Leigh Ann Harris for Urban Grace Interiors. The warm rustic touches paired with the crisp white and pops of sea-inspired color completely stole my heart! Did you notice the Viking appliances?! I don’t think they even offer that color finish any more…so sad! The open family room/kitchen is as good as it gets, but I wouldn’t mind a little R&R in that master suite…love the ceilings so much! Love this house! That kitchen! Those appliances! I want to know where that door with the porthole windows leads. . . formal dining?

I love this. What I like about it is that it's neutral with pops of color instead of COLOR!!!! everywhere. So very pretty.
