Court Atkins Architects

March 21, 2014

One of my favorite places I’ve had the fortune of visiting is Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina. Droolworthy houses every which way you look, and all just as beautiful as this one designed by Court Atkins Architects! The architecture, planning and interior design firm created a perfectly dreamy coastal Lowcountry home, breezy porches and all! I’m not normally a big fan of brick, but I’m loving how they incorporated it in this home…even in the bathroom! The hardwood floors are amazing too! You can finish your tour with more photos by McManus Photography right here!

Have a great weekend everyone!

I love Palmetto Bluff and live about 1/2 hour from there. We eat lunch at Buffalo's located there too!

My husband does a lot of work in the Bluff! The place is really a dream, and this house is no exception. I can't get over the brick! It's the perfect accent.

I love every. single. thing. about this house! All of it! And that is rare. I'm an editor my nature (an formerly profession). If I ever build a beach home, it will be in SC and it will look like this!

I grew up in the South and we vacationed in Charleston as a family. When my husband and I had kids we started vacationing at Hilton Head. I just love SC period! In fact, now that we have moved to the Rocky mountains (insert sad face), we are driving back to visit my fam in TN this summer, but first going back to HH for a week. Yes, instead of heading to CA, we are driving across the country to SC bc we love it so much! We haven't been there in 4 years! And I'm dying to get there!

Gorgeous. And I actually like the brick fireplaces too. They bring some warmth to the rooms. Thanks for sharing.

Connie- I love them too! Unfortunately the colors were a client/builder selection and they don't have that information.

The place looks like a dream home. Everything from paint, walls, floors, sofas looks gorgeous. I think the lawn has been given this look intentionally which makes it more gorgeous.
