Where does the gushing begin?! This lovely home belongs to Dayme Walther of Dayley Design, an interior design and events company out of Dallas, Texas. With a true passion for our favorite color, Dayme incorporated turquoise in every room of her home, photographed here by Paige Walker. She and her husband just finished a 6 month-long renovation of their home. Actually her father did the entire renovation! He moved in with them as they took the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room down to the studs. He even laid all the hardwood floors in their entire house!! What a great dad!!! For more inspiration from Dayley Design, visit their Facebook page…you have to see one of the recent events they did! And for the paint colors and sources from her home, see below! (Just ask if you have questions about anything not listed!)
Have a great weekend everyone! 🙂

I love seeing spaces that are so livable. There is no question that real people use that home just as it is and I love that.
I'd love to know the cabinet color in the kitchen and laundry and the trim color throughout. Thanks!

seriously, that wallpaper is the greatest ever! absolutely love it! love how it's design is sort of imperfect…makes me want to attempt it with paint (though i know the outcome will NEVER be as cool as this). What a great home. thanks for sharing, Erin. (And thanks for the FB shout out to VH yesterday! much appreciated)

I love the little charming touches of blue throughout this pretty home.

The simplicity of this design makes it more appealing and interesting. We usually do prefer white objects because maybe for most of us it is a sign of purity and cleanliness.
