Mansfield + O’Neil

February 4, 2016

When it comes to creating colorful, contemporary and eclectic spaces, San Francisco designers Tiffany Mansfield and Lisa O’Neil of Mansfield + O'Neil are on my must-watch list! This San Mateo kitchen and sunroom that they designed (photographed by Isabelle Eubanks) is one of my favorite projects of theirs. They worked with John Lum Architecture to create a space that is both beautiful and functional! Love the smart mix of cabinetry and shelving, the gorgeous backsplash tiles, and metal accents. ... Lisa Publicover Interior Design

February 3, 2016

I can't even tell how much I'm loving this one–every detail is seriously stunning! The incredible beach home captured by Brantley Photography is located on the intracoastal waterway in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Designed by Lisa Publicover out of Annapolis, Maryland and built by Boca Raton-based Cudmore Builders, the beautiful home is awash in turquoise hues and chic coastal charm. I mean, check out that ceiling! The backsplash! The chandeliers! And I just love how it all opens up to the ... View Post

Black Lacquer Design

February 2, 2016

If there's anyone who could convince me to give up my white kitchen cabinets, it'd be Los Angeles-based interior designer Caitlin Murray of Black Lacquer Design! The style-savvy designer believes that almost every room can benefit from a bit of black and a little lacquer...but throw in a giant dose of Benjamin Moore's "Florida Keys Blue" and I can't stop swooning! I love her LA kitchen sooo much. The dark floors, cozy upholstered chairs, black and white rug...it's all so perfect with the ... View Post

Lischkoff Design Planning

February 1, 2016

Taking inspiration from the coastal setting, Lischkoff Design Planning partnered with Hettel Nana Design Consulting and Ryan Contracting, Inc. to transform a dark and dated Florida home into an open, light and casual space! Love the serene sand and sea color palette, mix of woods, natural textures and subtle nods to the beach all on a clean white backdrop! The artwork in this home is stunning; I especially love the gallery wall filled with the family's favorite beach memories! The talented team ... View Post

Barbara Marshall Howard

January 29, 2016

How fun is this?! The vibrant loft-like space was in the upstairs of the 2015 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Home for the Holidays Showhouse and was transformed by interior designer Barbara Marshall Howard using studio B–a new collection from Jim Thompson Fabrics designed by Atlanta-based artist Ben Carter. The designer was envisioning a space where a young designer might live, work and entertain, so not only is it super-chic, it's space-efficient with clever furniture that serves dual ... View Post

House of Jade Interiors

January 28, 2016

I'm continually blown away by the work of Kirsten Krason and Erin Morgan of House of Jade Interiors! The talented duo out of South Jordan, Utah wanted this master bedroom to make a statement, but at the same time be a soothing and calm retreat. The aqua grasscloth wallpaper from Thibaut and gorgeous canopy bed could not be more perfect! I love the look of the roman shades too, which were custom made with a simple white linen spruced up with a pretty trim they found. The botanical artwork is fab ... View Post

Olivia Lauren Interior Design

January 27, 2016

Just like me, turquoise has been the favorite color of interior designer Olivia Hnatyshin of Olivia Lauren Interior Design since she was little...she has always been drawn to it! That must be why I'm drawn to her 650-square-foot one-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto, captured here by photographer Stacey van Berkel. It's brimming with refined, elegant style and beautiful watery blues! The living room is just beyond gorgeous, definitely an all-time fav for me. I absolutely love the airy, ethereal ... View Post

Sabrina Alfin Interiors

January 26, 2016

I'm so inspired by this San Carlos, California kitchen designed by Sabrina Alfin Interiors, photographed here by Dean J. Birinyi! With two teenage sons soon going off to college, the clients didn’t want to spend a ton on a full renovation fixing up their dated and gloomy kitchen. Instead they focused on functionality, adding the sliding glass window that faces the backyard to pass food and drinks to the outdoor entertaining area...and a handy countertop bar right outside the window! They also ... View Post
