Inside and out, this Brentwood, California home designed by Lara Fishman of Los Angeles-based Storm Interiors is the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort! Captured by photographer Lu Tapp of Dustylu, the Cape Cod-inspired home is filled with carefully curated colors that reflect the homeowner’s favorites: teals, sea greens and touches of mauves and aubergines. I adore the blue kitchen cabinets (Farrow & Ball Stone Blue), such a calming color for the busiest area of the home! The talented designer also incorporated beautiful pieces that she custom designed and paired them with antique family heirlooms for a look that’s fresh yet timeless. And with summer coming to a close, I can’t help but drool over the many relaxing outdoor spaces! I especially love the cozy sitting area overlooking the pool with the fireplace and tv! This is beautiful. I love the splashes of purple in with the turquoise. I never would have thought to do that. It really brightens up the room and adds a bit of romanticism to the bedroom.
