Two of my favorite people to follow on Instagram are designer Gretchen Black of Greyhouse Design and her husband Jason Black of Artisan Signature Homes, a Southern Living custom home builder located in Louisville, Kentucky. The uber-talented duo designed and built this incredible dream home for their family and I am in love. From the inviting front porch, to the sunlit living room filled with turquoise accents, to one of the most delightful laundry rooms ever…it’s all absolutely beautiful! Each room has so many custom touches that amp of the charm, not to mention the exterior! I mean, hello, look at those railings–I’ve never seen anything like them! Inside I’m loving the built-ins, shiplap, exposed beams and windows for days!
