When a builder remodels his own home, you know it’s going to be good! Barak Steenlage, founder of Minneapolis-based Anchor Builders, worked with Shelly Lindstrom of Fluidesign Studio to turn his dream into a reality! His wife Carrie’s favorite room in their 1939 Cape Cod home? This gorgeous master bathroom! Oh to have such a spacious bathroom with a claw-foot soaking tub, walk-in shower, Carrara marble hex-tile floors…not to mention the most serene wall color (Benjamin Moore HC-147 Woodlawn Blue)! I’m loving the custom-designed vanity and medicine cabinets too, and the beautiful niche above the tub. You can never have too much storage!
