Whitehall – Camden, Maine | Rachel Reider Interiors

July 10, 2015

The local motto “where the mountains meet the sea” was the inspiration behind the recent renovation of Whitehall–a boutique hotel in Camden, Maine, designed by Boston-based Rachel Reider Interiors. I love how the designer incorporated lots of natural elements like grasscloth, weathered woods, aged metals, barn board and rope. And did you notice the incredible runner going up the stairs? It’s by Maine-based Angela Adams; I’m a longtime fan of their incredible nature-inspired rugs! The talent of other native Mainers can be seen throughout the hotel in artwork, fabrics and lighting as well. The mountains-meet-sea vibe is just so fun…perfect for a weekend getaway, don’t you think?! See more photos of the hotel by Rare Brick and get all the info on it here!

If you loved this, I know you’ll love touring these other fabulous hotels designed by Rachel Reider Interiors….go here to see!

Happy weekend!! 🙂

I'm obsessed with the first coffee table in the first picture. I need to know where I can purchase it or drool over it.

That stair runner is absolutely amazing. In fact, the entire property is gorgeous. Ready to book a trip. I've always wanted to visit Maine, now I have another excuse besides lobster rolls! I'm off to check out the additional photos.
