Susan Serra

January 23, 2014

To see this kitchen is to LOVE it!! Renowned kitchen designer Susan Serra created a dream space here, inspired both by the seaside location and pure function. I absolutely love the white shiplap panels and cute little nooks and shelves! So much amazing light flowing in too! But can we talk about that gorgeous tile for a sec?! Pure perfection! For more beautiful kitchens by Susan Serra, head here! And definitely check out her blog The Kitchen Designer too!

This is a beautiful kitchen. The tile adds so much to this really calming room. I love the huge butcher block island too. Amazing!

I am so honored to be on your blog, thank you so much for featuring this kitchen I designed! It is one of my favorites and the client's personality is as sunny and happy as the kitchen looks. It's near the beach, she has a bunch of kids, and her husband made the island countertop from a big slab of wood. A big pantry is just beyond the kitchen so I wanted to add some decorative elements rather than all storage. Thank you again Erin!!
