Like bathing inside a seashell!! How incredible is the iridescent tile in this bathroom designed by Emily Zoba Maynard of GEORGE Interior Design out of Hermosa Beach, California, photographed here by Manolo Langis?! I love how the light just bounces around the space, making everything so shimmery and sparkly! The mix of white subway with the glass mosaic is great too, especially with the aqua accent stripe! Seafoam green at its finest right here! Check out more projects from Emily here, or visit her blog!

My favorite…shimmery aqua/blue!! franki
I have this same tile in my kitchen, a smaller version, as my kitchen backsplash and absolutely love it. I agonized over the decision, but it's so beachy and dreamy I never tire of it!
Oh I'm loving the iridescent blue-green tile work. I love how it is wrapped around the entire room… Soft (mainly because of the serene color) but a modern, striking effect!
your blog is beautiful and each room is prettier then the next, the aqua and beige and white with touches of orange, wow the hottest thing ever…
D-r-e-a-m-y! Bet it cost a bundle, but the effect is worth it. Like you said, it's like being inside a seashell, all iridescent and softly sparkling. Using the white tile is smart, as it gives contrast and sets off the sparkle even more. Love how the shampoos, etc. coordinate so prettily.
I hope they have 2 bathrooms in that house, because no doubt someone will absolutely inhabit that bathroom full time! Erin, when you find these beautiful interiors, do you ask the photographer and/or designer their permission to use photos from their blog before posting it to your site? I am sure it is in their best interest to share their work, but I was curious! Thanks…
That bathroom is extra nice! Iris
Great bathroom!
JenniSteiff- Usually I do not, unless I email them asking for larger images. Yes, most people are thankful!

Anon- They are made by a tile company called Sonoma Tile. The color is called Wabi. Gorgeous!!!
Thanks so much for these pictures. I will be re-doing my bathroom this summer. The subway tile and green glass border are exactly what I planned to do in my shower surround. These pictures will help show the contractor what I want.
