I probably spend too much time looking at real estate listings in the 30A area of Florida…I’m truly obsessed with the homes there! So many have that sand and sea color palette I admittedly adore, but I was excited to come across 88 Windward Lane in Rosemary Beach. The vibrant colors and whimsical artwork are a welcome change! And if the new buyer isn’t into it, no big deal because the backdrop is basically a blank slate to all of the colorful accessories! Really though this home is all about the location. We’re talking gulf front, bordered by dedicated public beach access…which makes for some pretty incredible ocean views!
