This Delaware Shore home is a beautiful breath of fresh coastal air! Designed and built by Echelon Custom Homes, the spacious home located at the The Peninsula overlooking the Indian River Bay is so open and welcoming. Don’t you love the paint colors?? They used one of my favorites–Sea Salt by Sherwin William in both the living room and the bathroom. (The cozy kitchen is painted Sherwin Williams Oyster Bay.)
