Tucker & Marks

February 6, 2012

Does this gorgeous bedroom take your breath away or what?! The English-Style country house in in Hillsborough, CA was designed by San Francisco’s Tucker & Marks and photographed by Matthew Millman. The cozy cocoon of aqua grasscloth wallcovering is incredible, absolutely jaw-dropping. Not to mention that wall-to-wall striped rug and window coverings…all so beautiful. I just want to hop right in that comfy bed and go back to Friday! To tour more of this beautiful home, head right here!

There's a lot going on in that room but it all comes together nicely. I believe the cabinetry is also Bungalow 5 (can't swear to it, though, but I thought I saw it in the Mart showroom not too long ago).

    Love the curtain fabric!!!

    xoA – and Happy Monday!

*** One of T*H*E prettiest bedrooms ever, Erin, & I'm rather "amazed" at exactly H*O*W IN LOVE I am with the turquoise grasscloth!!! Ahhhh, PURE…LOVE!!!

And as MUCH as I love this, MY incliniation would be to remove the light fixture above the bed for a cleaner line… and altho I am not a lover of valances, they seem to just "work" here beautifully!!!

Thanks~ a DEFINITE "PRINT IT" and "SAVE IT" for me!!!

I am so in love with grasscloth, hubs is not as he doesn't like the seams that you see with it but this is a textured heaven!
