TMS Architects

January 13, 2012

Time to dream a little! This absolutely incredible beach home designed by TMS Architects was built on the top of a high bluff overlooking the Atlantic in Hampton, New Hampshire. How do the homeowners get anything done with views like this?! Not that the interior is anything to complain about; its casually elegant, full of serene color (Sherwin Williams Sea Salt!) and features great architectural details. Did you notice the adorable lighthouse on the banister?! So cute! To see lots more of this beauty photographed by Rob Karosis, visit the TMS Website and click on Portfolio, then just scroll over to the residence aptly named Ocean Breezes! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!

LOVE those upper windows! And I love the stripes up the stair wall. I have similar stripes on my upstairs hall walls…maybe I should continue them to my stair wall as well. Great inspiration!

Oh my God! Perfection. I love, love, love, love this home and location. Of all the beach homes I have ever drooled over, this one tops the cake! It would be beyond wonderful to have this home and my grown daughters and their families there to enjoy the beauty of this place. Thanks for sharing, Erin. This one, I could move in and not change a single thing. As I said, Perfection.

Gorgeous, but the architect has the kitchen cabinets a different color in their portfolio. But still beautiful.

This, and other recently shown homes, are — of course — impressive.

But I keep coming back to your site in hopes of seeing more humble, evolved-over-time (and NON-designer-created) interiors. For me, they have oodles more personality and charm than the 'off-the-rack' homes… in addition to being much more accessible for the average Josephine.

    Just my *humble* opinion!

Erin, I live in the Seacoast area of NH, so I know exactly where this house is: at my favorite beach (where I always find beach glass)! Now I just have to figure out how to get invited inside, lol ! Love TMS; they do gorgeous work.

    Erin,
    Thank you!
Finally an inspirational gorgeous beach home with the same granite as we have instead of the usual marble. Before seeing this stunning home I had already picked out our colours and they are so similar to this homes so I am pleased to see the effect.

Like Linda said, I know exactly where this house is! I would drive by as they were building it and be quite impressed as it dwarfs most of the homes around it. It still catches my eye every time I pass by. All the houses in this area are built right on top of one another but the beach is fairly private and I'm sure it's a lovely place to live.

So glad I stopped by your blog today to finally see the inside of this stunner : )
