Polhemus Savery DaSilva

October 3, 2011

Another coastal home in Massachusetts…shocking I know! Like I said on Friday, I’m super obsessed. This light-filled home designed by Polhemus Savery DaSilva and photographed by Brian Vanden Brink is brimming with fresh, cheery color and I love it. I wish I knew the paint color of the kitchen cabinets…it’s so pretty how it changes color like that. I think it’s so cool how relaxed the dining room is too. Such cute fabric on those dining chairs! To finish the tour of this house, head right over here!

Absolutely beautiful…I love those pantry doors (I assume it's a pantry). I have to thank you for your blog…it's such an awesome place to find inspiration. I spent the weekend going through all of your kids/teen rooms with my daughter. She wants her bedroom a bit more aqua and I knew just where to search for inspiration…right here.

I can see why you're obsessed! I can only dream of living somewhere like that. I love all the built in storage, and the views through those windows are to die for. The inside is just stunning… that entry, the floors, the lights inside the kitchen cabinets (on my wish list for a house one day), the lighting and furniture. Everything is gorgeous.

Beautiful, always enjoy your wonderful blog posts, they beautify and brighten my day. Some of the fabric is Maine Cottage & I think the bedroom table is Russell McKenna, which has been bought out Maine Cottage. Maybe the paint is there's too. http://www.russellmackenna.com/ Enjoy! Sues

My phone started ringing with requests for info on Riptide and learned that someone had seen the project on your Blog. Now that I've checked it out, I can see why. Your blog is very inspiring. It is an amazing property and we wanted to marry the house to the sea.

I love this color! It's so fresh and exciting. The kitchen cabinets are so pretty. One thing I most definitely add to the house though is a turquoise or yellow hammock chair. I found mine at Beachside Hammocks http://www.beachsidehammocks.com and it did so much to add a little something new and exciting to my den. Thanks for sharing your home. Really liked it.
