Susan Gilmore

March 21, 2011

Love. It. All.
This drop-dead Minneapolis kitchen designed by Albertsson Hansen Architecture was brought to life by talented photographer Susan Gilmore. So much to love, no?! I’m crazy about the blue light-filled breakfast area, the awesome windows, the dark floors and white tile walls. Talk about the perfect combination of light and dark polished off with splashes of juicy color. It doesn’t get any better than this in my book!

Me too!!! Love it all! I'm selling my house and I want to "downsize" a little. My house is too big and we don't need all this space. A kitchen like this one is just perfect! Gorgeous and not too big. I'm in love with this place and how nice it feels.

    Have a Wonderful Spring, Erin!!!

This is one of my favorite kitchens ever. I love it! there is something about the white with dark floors and the dark molding around all the windows and sliding doors.

So wonderful! I have a major weakness for white subway tile done in a kitchen, and this is done all over!!! Great airiness and this space makes me want to cook a favorite recipe for family and friends! Love it…

Beautiful…love how it feels so timeless, very elegant but livable and inviting, to me all hallmarks of a great kitchen to stand the test of time.

This is one of my favorite kitchens too! Love the subway tile going up the wall and that there is minimal color in the actual kitchen. Those floors are amazing. I love it when a kitchen has access to the outside like this one has. Stunning!

Oh! I couldn't agree more… this kitchen totally rocks. I love everything about it! I think the thing that really makes the kitchen come alive is the light. Bathed in natural light, every detail really shines.
Oh, my love (addiction) for kitchens will never cease…

Love the refreshing colors in this kitchen. Is it wythe blue by Benjamin Moore?

I’m Erin and I am obsessed with the color turquoise. I started this blog to collect inspirational photos I find of fabulous rooms that feature all of the lovely shades of my favorite color. For even more turquoise, visit my shopping blog Everything Turquoise!
