Jola’s Polish Home

March 23, 2010

This beautiful home belongs to my lovely reader Jola from Poland. I love how clean and fresh it all feels! And ooh how that turquoise pops! At first glance, I thought it was simply white and turquoise, but then I noticed the wall behind the sofa is painted a light beige. I love the way that looks! To see lots more of Jola’s home, head over here!

That is such a beautiful shade of turquoise, it really does pop! I am so dying to do turquoise somewhere, somehow 🙂

I love that bold turquoise! I wish I had been courageous enough to use that color on my kitchen cabinets. I used turquoise, but I chickened out when making the final paint decision and went with a color that's toned down a bit. After seeing this, I wish I had just gone for it! Love the dark countertops, too. Beautiful kitchen. I think that kitchen would actually make me want to cook!

I love the accent chairs and the hardwood floors. The overall feeling is very airy.

The only thing that I would change is turning the accent table 90 degrees.

It just simple. Each pieces is not complex at all. But when put them together is art.
    Love it.
