Borges Brooks Builders

March 10, 2017

Let the daydreaming commence! Located on Western Lake in none other than WaterColor, Florida, this amazing home was designed by architect Dawn Thurber and constructed by Borges Brooks Builders. The home, while luxurious, still manages to feel cozy and inviting with the use of warm tones and natural textures. Don’t you just love the reclaimed oak floors and beams?? And that kitchen! The marble counters and backplash and the blue island and hood definitely give it dream kitchen status. The high ceilings and abundance of windows are oh-so-fabulous too! This incredible home is currently for sale–go here to check out the listing! And for more WaterColor homes I’ve featured, go here!

Happy weekend!!

It looks like there might be an apartment included in the floor plan. A mother-in-law apartment as it’s called. Is that the case. If so, what a perfect home for two generations. It is beyond beautiful with all those windows and the mainly white or off-white walls and the subtle use of various shades of turquoise. Yes, I could live there! Only with a cleaning person, though!

A very carefully planned home. Absolutely beautiful! I just couldn’t stop looking at every room and going over every detail. For me, the perfect dreamhouse.
