Dream home alert! This Dennisport, Massachusetts vacation home designed by GMT Home Designs and built by Encore Design|Remodel is bold, bright and fun! The homeowners collaborated with Encore designer Susan Gerlach on the interior design process, sticking with turquoise and white for the palette in the main living space, kitchen, dining and living area. Don’t you just love the color of the doors? It’s a custom color that the designer describes as “Tiffany box blue.” I love how they painted the coffered ceilings with a 75% diluted version of the hue on the doors! The nautical-inspired bunkroom is amazing too…I can only imagine the fun the kids have with all of their cousins and friends there! There are just so many whimsical details in every space–I am in love with it all! See more photos by Christian Scully of Design Imaging Studios and read an article all about the home over at Home Remodeling Magazine!

Love love turquoise!! Amazing home. I would put some colour into the dining room chairs and some flowers and bushes around the outside of the house, but otherwise it’s gorgeous

Erin thanks so much for featuring our project. The house is located in Dennisport on Cape Cod and the family was truly wonderful. This was a labor of love designing a period home with all the details. Best Regards, GMT Home Designs

Love the pops of turquoise, the lighter hue on the ceiling, the shiplap, and the whimsy of the scallop on the stove hood.
