This beautiful Weatherford, OK home designed by Bella Vici, an award-winning interior design firm and retail shop based in Oklahoma City, has touches of Belgian, farmhouse and traditional…all combined with fresh, modern colors! My eye went straight to the blue tiled fireplace; what a great focal point! I love how they complemented the tile color with the gorgeous rug, and used more of those colors as accents throughout the rest of the space. The kitchen island is by far my favorite element! Leave it to my old standby Sherwin-Williams “Rainwashed” to make such a pretty statement! (They also used that color in the laundry room.) Yes, the kitchen island is a beautiful color and design. I’m not as taken with the turquoise tile on the fireplace as you are. Somehow the diagonal pattern of the tiles are unsettling to me! I also do not like that gold chair. I realize it is picking up the golds in the rug, but I think an off-white or cream in the chair would be better. All-in-all the decor is beautiful, tho’.
