Mercury Mosaics

March 4, 2016

How fun is this retro-inspired kitchen?! The colorful tile from Mercury Mosaics, a company that creates handmade artisan tile right here in Minneapolis, is the perfect finishing touch! (Though you know I’m absolutely in love with the Big Chill appliances!) The checkerboard floor and sunny dining nook definitely add to the laid-back, retro vibe too. It might be small on space, but this kitchen is big on style! For tons more design inspiration, you have to visit Mercury Mosaics’ gallery–it’s filled with so many awesome spaces featuring their gorgeous handmade tile!

Happy weekend!! 🙂

I've never seen turquoise appliances. Love them!

I love Mercury Mosaics and House of Turquoise. I took a introductory mosaic class there a couple years ago and learned what I needed to do several of my own big projects, including a fully covered table with a summery scene and a backsplash, both with turquoise color schemes. I'm hooked!
