Located near the water on Higgins Beach in Scarborough, Maine, this breezy beach house built in the 1920’s was originally once two cottages. Whitten Architects recently renovated the home (photographed here by Jonathan Reece), working with Hurlbutt Designs on the relaxed coastal-inspired interior design! With the open floor plan and abundance of windows, I can almost feel the ocean breeze! What a view too, huh?! The blue and white palette is no doubt the perfect backdrop! You can read all about the home and get a better look at it with a short video right over here! You have to see the dramatic before and after images too!
