K. Marshall Design

April 21, 2015

In all my years of sharing beautiful kitchens, this ranks right up there with one of the finest! Kathy Marshall of K. Marshall Design is the design talent behind the space, photographed by Michael J. Lee, and featured last year on This Old House! The 1850 Greek Revival row house is located in Charlestown, MA–Boston’s oldest neighborhood. The team transformed an outdated kitchen into a spectacular dream space that pays homage to its historic roots. From the gorgeous cabinetry and gleaming hardware, the colorful Lee Jofa window seat and pillow fabric, beautiful use of marble…I’m so in love! Get more info and watch video of the home coming together over at This Old House. And for more great spaces from K. Marshall Design, go here!

A huge thank you to House of Turquoise for your lovely words. I am so thrilled you like the kitchen and house as much as I enjoyed working on designing it! The kitchen color was something that I had been working on for years and am so thrilled with it's result. Happy Friday!
