The laid-back home, located outside of Santa Cruz, California, was totally remodeled by Eric Lamascus of Elite Construction.   4. I love the view. I love Santa Cruz and do not live too far from it. But I do not like the kitchen..too modern I think. I just do not care for the trend of different color and style cabinets.
