L. Moore Design

January 16, 2014

There’s no better place to have fun with turquoise than a designer showhouse! I love what Leslie Moore of L. Moore Designs out of High Point, North Carolina did with the enclosed porch in The Showhouse at Adamsleigh. What used to be a dark, depressing space was transformed into a bright and fun sitting area! The Greek-key patterned fabric draping the entire room is fabulous, as are the CR Laine chairs…and both are super durable since they’re made with Sunbrella! LOVE the gorgeous painting by Sarah B. Lytle too! You can read all about the space over at Leslie’s blog here!

Love the combination of the royal blue and the soft blues and greens.
So happy and youthful – full of energy! My hat is off to House of Torquoise and the designer, Leslie
Moore, whose imagination pulled this room together with great pieces and accessories.

Another masterful job by one of the most talented designers I know. Leslie has a fabulous eye for mixing old and new, high and low to create a layering of texture and color that exudes comfort, style and sophistication. Great posting and beautiful job, Leslie!
