Martin Gomez Arquitectos

March 8, 2013

Oh my word. I can’t tell you guys how much I love this one! Located on the coast of Uruguay, this unique beach home was designed by Argentinian architect Martín Gómez and photographed by Daniela Mac Adden. Gómez actually didn’t want any of this turquoise business *gasp*, but ended up giving in to the homeowners who really wanted the cheerful cabana stripes. They give the house so much personality, I love it! I also love how open the home is; I can practically feel that breeze going through! Read more about the home (in Portuguese–might need to use a translator!) right over here!

I like what they did with this home. They livened up a dreary modern home.

What a wonderful home. I can almost feel the sunshine and warm breezes as I sit on the veranda and listen to the birds and trees while sipping a tart lemonade. I desperately want gloomy winter to be over!
