I was so excited when Chris of Richard Drummond Davis Architect out of Dallas, TX emailed me with these amazing pictures. The first two rooms belong to a teenage girl whose favorite color is turquoise. Interior designer Robyn Menter did a fantastic job! That bathroom is a total dream come true!! *sigh* The last few images are from one of Chris’s favorite projects. The owners wanted a house that looked like a postcard of a 1930’s Hollywood Spanish bungalow. I love it all (especially the turquoise island!!)
I love each one of the pictures!!
The bungalow is like something out of a fairytale:) Gorgeous!
Gorgeous.. saw this earlier and thought of you..loads of turquoise!! B&B in Holland..

Oh my! It's all so beautiful.
this house is right up your alley! i absolutely love that bathroom.
Great house from my fellow Dallasite! I'd like to see a little more turquoise in that kitchen though. I think it needs to pop that color around!
Love that tile in the bathroom and the ghost chair! So lovely! Thanks for sharing these lovelies!
The exterior turquoise trim is so incredibly creative and chic!!!
LOVE the bathroom of the teenage girl, she has absolutely amazing taste of color!!!
The "cottage" is darling and I'd move right in!
Such a lucky teenager. Besides the color, I love how it is so clean.

What a lucky teen girl!
That shower is fabulous!
Love the Spanish Bungalow!
How do I find out what paint color that is on the wall? Would love to know.
That kitchen is beautiful! I love the center counter space/island, gorgeous!
Absolutely adore that he painted the window frames turquoise — they really make the exterior!
Where can I get the hanging chair? My teenage daughter who has a turquoise room just loves it!
Lisa,
I found that same chair online here!
But here is a totally different one that I'm madly in love with! Perfect for a turquoise room!
I love that bathroom in the first photo, the turquoise is quite bold and pretty! Imagine having that bathroom as a teenager!!!
Nancy
That bathroom is perfect! And it looks like there is a bit of purple trim on the exterior along with the turquoise. Wow, what a combo.
One question: where's the sink?
what's really nice about the ghost chair is it doesn't take away from the room at all. it sits right in front of that desk, has an awesome outline but doesn't distract the eye
The photos are gorgeous !!! I love your blog Erin 🙂
I love the outdoor patio! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Simplemente Maravilloso!!
WOW! When can I move in? Seriously!
I love your blog… I'm almost obsessed with turquoise just because of all the fantastic pictures you post everyday… congratulations!
Lovely! Did you know that the Bubble chair is here from Finland? Designed by Eero Aarnio in 1968.
