At the small chance you haven’t seen this amazing room by talented designer Joni Webb of Cote de Texas, here it is for your viewing pleasure! My absolute favorite thing about the space is the furniture. The slipcovered sofa and all the lovely pieces covered in Windsor Smith’s seafoam Riad fabric are truly exquisite! I adore the natural element of the burlap, seagrass, and bamboo too. And the aqua walls (Makaha by Pratt and Lambert)…of course. I can’t wait to see even more of the room…stay tuned to her blog because soon she’ll be sharing the dining room and kitchen. Until then, read all about this amazing room and see more picture of it here!
Before you leave, I want to direct you over to Color Healing Radio where I had the pleasure of being interviewed by color therapist Eleyne Austen Sharp. It was my first ever radio interview, so I was super nervous! But Eleyne has to be one of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve met. We talked color for a half an hour on her online radio show Luminaries, which will air on Saturday, March 13 at 3PM EST. It will be available to listen to or download here at any point afterward though, so feel free to check it out any time! Let me know what you think! 🙂
I just love your blog! This room is beautiful and makes me want to move into it! ☺ Celeste
This is such a beautiful space. The soft colors are wonderful.
Love the fabric on those cushions and pillows. What a serene and cozy room. I love it!
Oh wow beautiful space. I love that fabric pick from Windsor Smith!
I love the place, especially the color of the walls. He creates an atmosphere so sweet
Really, really lovely!
This is such a beautifully designed space. It reminds me of a few homes I have seen in Darien, Ct.
Love the feeling of serenity. The color is so calming. I would perhaps have put a little larger piece of art over the fireplace. Otherwise, well done!
Joni did an amzing job! I must hustle over and check out the color healing radio!

This is the perfect balance of everything. Wood, textures, prints, greenery..just everything!
Such a peaceful room…I love your blog. All the rooms are so tranquil. I too love all shades of blues and greens and can't wait to finish my current renovations so the soothing powers of those colors can work their magic in my life. 😉
I love the effect of the blinds in the room – it gives it a relaxed earthy feel.
I loved Joni's room (but I want to cut that zebra rug's twitchy little tail off– it scares me.) Can't wait to hear your interview!
So pretty! Just so Joni!!!

I thought this room might be 'a Joni' creation. Though the elements are not all that popular here in the North; they are to be desired. -Brenda-
P.S: FYI, while browsing the Color Healing Radio site, the airing time for your interview rolled over to 4:00 PM. Just letting you know in case there has been a change.
The slipcovers are fabulous…thank you! smiles.
I adore Joni and her work. One of the sweetest design bloggers out there. And this living room… amazing isn't it?

I just love your blog and I'm so excited to hear about Color Healing Radio. First time I was aware of it. Hope you are well. Love Joni's project too. She did a great job.
The Riad is my favorite! I have a version of this in my family room and absolutely love turquoise as well. I've been so inspired by all of you wonderful bloggers that I took the plunge and started my own. Take a peek http://www.connellinteriors.blogspot.com. Thanks for your beautiful blues! Traci
I totally agree with you on the furniture – THE best thing about the room 🙂
