Phoebe Howard

August 21, 2009

How utterly fabulous is the bed in this room designed by Phoebe Howard?! Her work is incredible; I love looking at her website over and over again. I’ve never spent any time down south, but when I do, I NEED to hit up her stores Mrs. Howard and Max & Company. Have any of you ever been? Are they as dreamy as I imagine? Tell me all!

that first pic had me at hello. I wish I could turn my room into something more civilized and beautiful. i seem to keep it looking like a tornado just hit lately. That last pic of the armoire is really neat and different.

hi Erin, I too am obsessed with turquoise; my house really reflects my family's love of the beach, and we've used many of the "classic" turquoises (F&B powder blue, BM Palladian and Wythe blue, etc) love them, love your photos! lynn-anne

Mrs. Howard and Max are my favorite stores in Atlanta – they are in a high end shopping complex that is made up in townhouse style. So, each store is like its own townhouse, and the Howards created the most beautiful architectural detail in each of them.

The room vignettes are beautiful, all created by Phoebe Howard and her talented team, and everything is for sale off the floor – no waiting! People go there and literally purchase entire rooms full of furniture.

I’m Erin and I am obsessed with the color turquoise. I started this blog to collect inspirational photos I find of fabulous rooms that feature all of the lovely shades of my favorite color. For even more turquoise, visit my shopping blog Everything Turquoise!
