Like a breath of fresh sea air, The Sanibel at Bayside in Selbyville, Delaware is a recently completed model home by color-savvy Echelon Interiors. If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’m a huge fan of this full-service interior design studio out of Coastal Delaware. Their projects are always filled with happy color, playful patterns and inspiring details…and this home is no exception! I love the coastal accents sprinkled throughout, not to mention the refreshing blue and green color palette that flows from room to room. And the details! The home builder–Schell Brothers, did a fantastic job as always. I’m pretty sure the bright and airy family room is my favorite space, but the turquoise laundry room is definitely calling my name too! As are the porches! P.S. Did you guys see Pantone’s announcement yesterday about the Color of the Year for 2017?? Talk about perfect timing! It’s called Greenery…”a fresh and zesty yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew.” Echelon Interiors was definitely ahead of the trend!
