Originally built in 1919 on Coronado Island just over the bridge from San Diego, California, this amazing home was recently entirely renovated by Kim Grant Design–a San Diego architectural firm specializing in historic properties and coastal area homes. The kitchen totally took my breath away. The cabinets, countertops, backsplash, stove, stools, everything!! Then the little breakfast nook right next to it?! Perfection! I thought for a sec that they had another family room upstairs, but turns out that’s actually in the bedroom! Love that sunroom so much! And the view!! Just perfect (except the coffee table in the master bedroom).
Sigh.
